I use QuickBooks Online, the industry standard for small business accounting. It allows for real-time collaboration, secure data encryption, and seamless tax preparation. Whether you are starting from scratch or need a cleanup of an existing account, we ensure your software is working for you, not against you.

Option A: Client-Owned Account
(Direct Billing)

~How it works: You own the account. You sign up directly with Intuit and add me as your "Accountant."

~Best for: Owners who want total control and separate billing.

~Cost: You pay the current retail price directly to Intuit (QuickBooks).

Option B: Hatcher-Managed Account
(Firm Billing)

~How it works: I manage the account. I add you to my professional firm billing and invoice you directly.

~Best for: Owners who want one simple monthly bill and Accountant-only discounts.

~Cost: We pass our accountant-only pricing (often 30-50% off for the first year) on to you.

*Important Note on Security*

At no point do I need your personal bank login credentials. I use QuickBooks’ secure 'Bank Feed' system and Accountant Access to view only what is necessary to keep your books balanced.
